How it's priced.

Price: Quoted per project, not per minute. Length, where the music runs and how soon it's needed are what move the number — so the brief comes first and the quote comes back with it.
Rights: Commissioned work isn't bound by the €29 Commercial Online tier. Broadcast, cinema, apps and games are all on the table; the scope is written into the quote. See how licensing works.
